Account Deletion

MoveX customers, drivers, and fleet partners may request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

How to Request Deletion

  • Open the MoveX app and use the in-app delete account option where available.
  • You may also email deletion@movex.direct from the email address linked to your MoveX account.
  • Include your name, phone number, account email, and whether you are a customer, driver, or fleet partner.
  • MoveX may ask you to verify ownership of the account before deletion is completed.

What May Be Deleted

MoveX may delete or anonymize account profile details, contact details, app preferences, support profile data, and personal records that are no longer required to provide services or meet legal obligations.

Records We May Retain

Some transactional, legal, fraud prevention, safety, delivery, support, proof-of-delivery, compliance, or financial records may be retained where required by law, payment obligations, dispute resolution, accounting, platform safety, or operational obligations.
