This policy explains how MoveX collects and uses data for customers, drivers, fleet partners, dispatch operations, payments, delivery tracking, support, and proof-of-delivery workflows.
Information We Collect
MoveX may collect account details, contact information, booking details, pickup and drop-off locations, inventory or load details, trip status, driver and vehicle information, fleet partner information, support messages, ratings, payment references, proof-of-delivery records, and device information needed to operate the app.
Location Access
MoveX uses location access to calculate routes, match nearby drivers, provide trip tracking, and support active deliveries.
Background Location
MoveX uses background location to support active trip tracking, live dispatch visibility, delivery monitoring, driver routing, and customer shipment visibility while drivers are online or completing assigned deliveries. Background location is used for active logistics operations and dispatch visibility, not for advertising.
Camera Access
MoveX uses camera access for proof-of-delivery photos, compliance uploads, and support attachments. Drivers may use the camera to capture delivery evidence, trip completion photos, vehicle or document records, and support-related images.
Storage and Photo Access
MoveX uses storage/photo access to upload delivery evidence, fleet compliance documents, customer support attachments, profile images, and other files needed to complete bookings or verify fleet and driver records.
How We Use Data
MoveX uses data to create and manage bookings, calculate prices through the smart inventory engine, process payments, unlock paid bookings, dispatch drivers, provide live map tracking, enable customer-driver chat, confirm proof of delivery, manage refunds or cancellations, respond to support requests, improve service quality, prevent fraud, and comply with legal or platform requirements.
Payments
Payment is made before the trip, not after delivery. Payment confirmation unlocks and confirms the booking. Payment processing is handled by approved payment providers. MoveX does not store raw card data.
Data Sharing
MoveX shares data only where needed to operate the logistics service. Trip details may be shared with assigned drivers, fleet partners, dispatch teams, customer support, payment providers, hosting providers, analytics or notification services, and legal or safety authorities where required. MoveX does not sell personal data.
Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data by contacting deletion@movex.direct or through in-app account deletion features. Some transactional, legal, fraud prevention, support, delivery, or financial records may be retained where required by law or operational obligations.
